Ananya Agrawal
Ananya Agrawal Bhopal, India

I'm a Financial Analyst currently designing and scaling the corporate finance function at my current organization — building SKU and brand-level performance models, engineering Power BI cash flow dashboards, and keeping reporting aligned with US accounting standards.

My path here bridges accounting and business intelligence: I've led full-cycle corporate accounting for a US-facing client, and before that ran statutory audits and multi-entity MIS reporting for 80+ corporate clients. Across all three roles the throughline is the same — SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and Advanced Excel turned into forecasts and dashboards that executives can act on.

I hold a B.Com from Jiwaji University (2023–2026), have cleared the CA Foundation from ICAI (2022), and hold IELTS Band 7.

How I
approach the work

Precision first

Every model, reconciliation, and audit working paper is built to be checked — clear assumptions, traceable formulas, no black boxes.

Automate the repeatable

If a reconciliation or cleanup step happens every month, it belongs in Power Query or SQL — not in a manual checklist.

Translate for the reader

A dashboard or variance note is only useful if a non-finance stakeholder can act on it in under a minute.

Compliance is not optional

Statutory audit work has taught me to treat every filing deadline and control gap as non-negotiable, not best-effort.
